We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure the fruit arrives in the best condition.

Orders received by 5pm on Sunday will be sent on Monday.
Orders received by 5pm on Monday will be sent on Tuesday.
Public holidays may affect shipping schedules.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes and don't ship internationally, yet.

 

Returns

We take pride in the quality of our goods and want you to be chuffed with your purchase. Due to the perishable and small-batch production nature of our products, we do not accept returns, so please choose carefully.

We have purpose-built strong boxes to protect your order, however, we understand that sometimes things can go a bit pear-shaped during delivery, and a product might arrive damaged. If your order arrives looking worse for wear, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving it.

To help us sort things out, please:

• Email us at kiaora@aotearoagrown.co.nz with your order number and a description of the damage.

• Please include clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging it arrived in. This helps us understand what happened.

We'll assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and work out a fair resolution.

Please note that this policy only covers products damaged during shipping and doesn’t cover change of mind.
